Catalyst Coaching

JCA Catalyst Coaching is our proven Emotional Intelligence (EI) 1:1 coaching method to increase individual and leadership effectiveness. Participants engage in a high impact coaching session with an experienced JCA business psychologist. They raise their self awareness to recognise strengths and identify and remove internal 'blocks' to their effectiveness, performance and well being. Catalyst coaching provides a platform to enable individuals to grow and develop past their limitations and release their full potential.

Mie (Maximising individual effectiveness)

Mie is JCA's flagship development programme for sustained improvements in individuals' personal and leadership capability. It is a 2½ day experiential workshop tailored to client organisations and makes clear links to any existing competency framework and current work challenges. It enables the development of effective business relationships.

The Mie programme enables managers and leaders to develop the EI qualities that will dramatically increase their personal productivity, help them release the potential of others and create powerful interpersonal relationships. By working at the deeper levels of feelings and attitudes, the programme promotes increased self-awareness, and self-directed and sustained personal development.

Authentic Leadership

People are at the centre of leadership, and research highlights the top three areas as most critical for effective leadership as the ability to communicate appropriately, effective people management, and Emotional Intelligence and empathy. Failing to practice these skills will impact on leadership success and employee engagement. Our unique 'Authentic Leadership' programme emphasises self awareness and interpersonal skills as the key to effective leadership and management. Leaders and managers who cannot manage themselves, who lack self knowledge and self mastery, will eventually fail at managing others.
