Emotional Engagement in recession
In the current climate of recession and organisational restructuring, companies are wanting more for less and faster and the big challenge for employers is emotional engagement. JCA have been working extensively with our clients in this area and have had massive demand for our 'team effectiveness (te)' questionnaire looking specifically at the emotional engagement of teams.
Evidence shows that teams that act with more Emotional Intelligence (EI) outperform others by 70%. The 'te' toolkit is designed to maximise team effectiveness by addressing the core building blocks on which relationships are based and enable teams to self govern their success.
