FIRO Element B™ Certification
Practitioners can get a start with The Human Element by becoming certified to use Element B, the primary FIRO-based instrument. Element B is a powerful tool for team building, coaching, conflict resolution, and improving individual productivity. The course gives access to a full range of Element B materials and provides an introduction to The Human Element approach.
What is Element B?

- The FIRO Element B also identifies needs and therefore aspects of satisfaction and motivation
Integral to The Human Element approach
Schutz created Element B as part of his comprehensive methodology for addressing the human issues in organisations, called The Human Element. In addition to Element B, The Human Element uses several other FIRO-based instruments called the Elements of Awareness, and a variety of experiential methods to form a transformational learning experience that leads to profound improvements in individual, team, and organisational performance.
The Elements of Awareness instruments can all be accessed through the train the trainer Practitioner Development Programme.
